All orders are shipped as ready. If any pre-order items are included in your order, we will ship them once they become available.
Please allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska.
We try our best to ship orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 48 hours when all items are in stock. Orders received before 11:00 AM PST have a higher chance of shipping the same day.
If you urgently need your order, please leave a comment at checkout or contact your sales representative by email, fax, or telephone. We will do our best, but same-day shipment cannot be guaranteed.
Although UPS is our main carrier, we may offer other carrier options for international customers. Please provide your carrier information with your order so we can confirm whether we can ship with them.
