Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. If you are dissatisfied with any product, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange according to the policy below.

Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order. Return credits will be issued after items are received and inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in their original package.

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept items that are worn, washed, altered, snagged, ripped, stained, affected by odors, or otherwise damaged by the receiver.

Return Authorization

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us by email at sales@wellesbrand.com to receive an RA number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges. Returns outside the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
